Transportation

We have extensively worked in the Intelligent Transportation field, developing among others travel time prediction systems based on loop data, level of service classifiers, road monitoring systems based on probe-vehicles, and Bluetooth-based travel time calculation platforms. Many of these are currently deployed in real operation.

Access to information

We have applied the novel concepts achieved under research activities to real communication platforms that are able to merge data coming from heterogeneous sources, providing tools for municipal services, road information systems, and localization.
