Executive summary

VIia creates a platform to optimize curative treatments for the winter road maintenance.
Given the intrinsic restrictions of this problem, VIia will develop a digital twin of the road and the maintenance infrastructure in order to autonomously generate scenarios with different weather and traffic conditions, to learn the performance of a set of approaches.
